Wisdom

It is foolish to claim wisdom or take the advice of another without considering their background.

Work:
1. Maintain a pleasant and neutral relationship with those around you.
2. Always strive to achieve but understand that it is perception that will define you.
3. Maintain a professional image at all times and do not allow others to upset you or draw you into an argument. Allowing this to happen is a loss of control and only damages your reputation. Even if you win, you will lose. So avoid confrontation.
4. If you become the object of discussion, remain quite. When opinions are favorable, you do not need to add to them and when unfavorable your defense will seem like guilt and those who admire you will need no explanation. But instead remain focused on your work and soon it will pass.
5. While at work, do not speak of yourself or you may become the subject of gossip. Instead, allow others to speak of themselves while listening intently but repeat nothing.
6. Never complain. Complaining will not solve anything but only make your problems open and your credibility subject of discussion.
7. Never gossip. Gossiping will only bring distrust and suspicion. Avoid all that engage in this or you will be their next topic.
8. Never quit. Your reputation will be at the mercy of those you have scorned and breaks in employment are highly scrutinized.

Learning:
1. Never discuss your education with others. With those who have none you will be the object of jealousy and for the educated the object of competition. Instead remain quite and when someone talks of their accomplishments, simply say "good for you."
2. Education is an industry of profit. Respect it but do not rely upon it for employment. In truth, most employment is based on experience, professional relationships, and nepotism.

Physical:
1. Always strive to keep active and maintain proper body weight.
2. Take care of your health and avoid activity that may cause a disabling injury. You do not know how long you will live and cannot count on others to care for you in your old age. In this world, we are all on our own.

Social:
1. Always respect and follow the law and leave reform to the courts. Whether martyr or outcast is a matter of public perception.

Family:
1. Maintain a harmonious family life and avoiding harsh words that can never be retracted.
2. Allow time for family activity.

Spiritual:
1. See Exodus chapter 20 and Matthew chapters 5-7.

Money:
1. Never discuss wealth or credit openly. If you have much, you will be the target of jealously or fraud and if little scorn and gossip. Instead remain quite and enjoy your prosperity.
